What We Built
Terry Ajayi built halfhumanism before Ceoism existed. It started as a question he could not stop asking: why does the world only see people through what they do professionally? A title. A job role. An output. The person behind the work, the thing that made them curious, the barrier they had to cross just to get to the desk — none of that was visible anywhere. halfhumanism is the platform he built to change that. It is a social space where people show up as full human beings, not job descriptions. Users write Ulogs, short personal reflections on lived experience and hard-won insight. They build Human Maps, profiles structured around five terrain categories that capture who they actually are beyond a CV. Content is surfaced through curators, not algorithms. The people you find on halfhumanism are real, and the way you discover them is intentional. halfhumanism is the philosophical foundation that Ceoism was built on. The people on this platform are exactly the kind of people who go on to build something. From halfhumanism, the next step has always been: now do something with what you know. The platform is live and growing. Terry is the founder.
